Voids are the punishment chambers for taking a sin inside of Crescent Fall.
The voids are used for the standart punishment. If someone breaks a sin, they will eventually vanish while sleeping or being all alone and end up in one of the seven voids. Those chambers are unclimated, high, but not very wide rooms without any light source, beside having very small openings at the top, where some light is seen. Voids usually are meant to break the will of the sin breaker by parting them from the others and leaving them in complete darkness and solitariness. A person locked into the voids will eventually get out again, usually in the time of twenty-four hours after they have been captured.
